Debtors Book listing tenants who owe rent — Debtors Book. Tick boxes on the right, Send SMS Reminder top right.

Every debtor is ticked when the page opens. Untick anyone you don't want to remind.
Tap Send SMS Reminder, then Send SMS to confirm.
Tap Display account to see a tenant's statement of account.

Before you sendRecord every payment you've received first, so nobody who has paid gets a reminder.

Message your tenants

Manage → Communication

Choose SMS, Email or WhatsApp.
Type your message. For SMS, watch the character counter.
Check the recipients. You're included so you get a copy.
Tap send.

Remember

Record payments before sending reminders.
Untick tenants you don't want to remind.
Use Communication for notices to the whole property.
