FieldWhat it does
TenantThe person renting the unit
StatusDraft · Active (billed monthly) · Expired · Terminated
Start / End dateThe lease period. The end date feeds Lease Renewals.
Billing dayThe day of the month rent is due
Deposit / Rental feeThe agreed deposit and monthly rent

Tap Save. Under Supporting documents, choose a document type, pick the file and tap Upload. Use Compress to fit for large files.

RenewingWhen a lease ends and the tenant stays, update the end date (and rent, if it changes) so it keeps billing.

Remember

Quick check

1Which contract status gets billed every month?
2A tenant is staying on after their lease ended. What should you do?
3What does the billing day control?
