Create your account
- Go to rentplug.co.za and tap Register Now.
- Pick your preferred language: English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa or Sesotho.
- Choose an ID type (South African ID, Passport or Company Registration) and enter the number.
- Enter your full name, email address and phone number, then tap Register.
- On Choose your plan, pick a package and tap its Choose button. Paid plans go to a payment step.
Subscription packages
Plans are priced by the number of units you manage, not properties. A main house with two backrooms counts as three units. You can change plans at any time.

Sign in and the home screen
Enter your username and password and tap Sign In. Forgot it? Tap Forgot password?.
The home screen also shows how many units you have left on your plan. When you reach the limit you'll see "You've reached your plan's unit limit" and need a bigger plan before adding units.
